Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges
What We Will Do Together:
Step 1: Raise a return/replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery if you have received an incorrect or expired product.
Please raise a request via email at contact@rasaroots.com with your order details and contact information. You can also reach out to us through our customer support chat. In case of a damaged or missing product, raise a request within 2 days from the date of delivery.
Step 2: Our team will review your return request within 2 working days.
Step 3: If your return request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup by our courier partner.
Step 4: If our reverse pickup service is unavailable in your location, you may be required to self-ship the product via a reliable courier. The courier charges will be reimbursed to you in your preferred wallet (UPI, PayTM, or Rasa Roots Wallet).
Step 5: Upon receipt of the returned product, we will verify it against the claim and initiate a replacement or refund, subject to stock availability.
Under What Conditions Can I Return or Replace My Product?
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product received
- Damaged product received (physical damage, tampered packaging)
- Incomplete order (missing products)
Under What Conditions Will Return/Replacement Requests Not Be Accepted?
- Opened, used, or altered products
- Missing original packaging (cartons, labels, etc.)
- Return/replacement request raised after 7 days from delivery
- Damaged/missing product reported after 2 days from delivery
How Are Returns Processed?
Once a return request is initiated, our courier partners will pick up the item within 5-7 business days. The product will then be checked by our quality control team, and a refund or replacement will be initiated accordingly.
Can I Cancel My Order?
You can cancel your order before it reaches the “Ready to Ship” status by logging into your account and selecting the CANCEL option in the order details.
Rasa Roots reserves the right to cancel any order at any time without prior notice. In some cases, we may contact the customer for verification before shipping an order.
Refund Policy
How Will I Receive My Refund for a Canceled or Returned Product?
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, UPI) within 7 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Customers must provide bank details to receive refunds via bank transfer.
How Long Does It Take to Receive a Refund?
Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 7 business days.
For returns, refunds are processed within 14 business days after the product has been received and passed our quality check.
Can I Return Part of My Order?
Yes, you can return individual products from an order if they meet the return eligibility criteria within 7 days of delivery.
